If a client loses or misplaces any posters, or wants to order new posters, contact Theresa Joubert for a quote. Once you accept the quote and pay the invoice (and send proof of payment to her), arrangements will be made for the delivery of the posters.
CONTRACTS:
It is very important for every employer to have the appropriate contracts in place for each employee. It is also part of the documentation required by the Department of Labour when conducting inspections. Iustus handles the drafting of the contracts and changes them so that it is appropriate for your business. Our consultants discuss the contracts with the employees to ensure that both parties understand the contracts and are aware of what they are agreeing to. If there is any uncertainty, please contact our office to speak to one of our consultants.
GENERAL:
- If there’s any changes regarding contact details or quantity of employees, please notify us in writing immediately.
-Please call our office to make appointments with our consultants. They are often on the road or busy with a client, and cannot answer calls whilst driving.

- Regarding payments of membership fees, we would kindly like to request that if late payments are to be made, clients please communicate with us so that we are kept up to date at all times. This will prevent follow-up emails regarding unpaid membership fees. Please also note that all fees are payable in advance.

- Cancellation of membership must be addressed to us in writing.
